1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or consumed.
Returns are only eligible if:
* You receive the wrong product,
* The product is damaged in transit, or
* The product is found defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as you received it, with original packaging intact.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be granted for:
* Change of mind,
* Taste preference, or
* Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
In some cases, we may offer store credit or product replacement instead of a cash refund.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email us with your order details and proof (images/videos).
4. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request
Email us at admin@svadura.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
5. Shipping for Returns
If approved, we will arrange for return shipping or guide you on how to send the product back.
In cases where the issue is not due to our error, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
